Lease of land indenture, Crafton, Wing, Buckinghamshire
Scope and Contents
Robert Goodinch of Plumstead, Kent, lets to Francis Mortimer of Crafton, Wing, certain property in Crafton, reserving the timber, for a term of seven years, the lessee to pay all levies and impositions, taxes etc. to lay manure and to pay a further sum for every acre ploughed or dug. Witnesses: John Simpson, Bernard Francke. The document is incomplete.
