Robert Smyth of Benwick bequeaths to his children Annie Smith and Sarah Smith a certain sum; to his unborn child a certain sum; to his eldest daughter certain property; to his second daughter certain property; the residue to his wife Annie Smith whom he makes executrix; to his godson John Coles a ewe. A list of debts follows. Witnesses: George Rutham, Henrye Newman.
