Lease [and release] indenture, Botesdale, Suffolk
Scope and Contents
Thomas Talbott of Redington, Suffolk, and Sarah his wife sell to John Smith of Botesdale certain land in Botesdale for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, that John Smith may be in actual possession and able to take a release. Witnesses: Robert Woodward, James Hailstone. Two seals are attached.
