Clement Winstanley of Braunstone, Leicestershire sells to the Right Honourable Richard Rigby of Mistley, Essex, certain land in the above parishes for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, that he may be in possession and able to take a release. Witnesses: Ambrose Reddall, T. Pares of Leicester. One seal is attached.
