Scope and Contents
In the pleas of land enrolled at Westminster of the Easter Term 1658; Nathaniell Arnold demands against William Loader certain land in Whitchurch; William Loader vouches to warrant Nathaniell Arnold the elder and Martha his wife; they vouch to warrant George Humston; right to imparl is granted; George Humston defaults; Nathaniell Arnold therefore recovers. Endorsed: 'Robinson'.
