Sir Benjamin Truman of Christ Church, Middlesex, sells to Clement Winstanley of Braunstone, Leicestershire, certain land in the above parishes for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent that Clement Winstamley may be in actual possession and able to take a release. Witnesses: Robert Woodgate, Attorney Spitalfields, T. Pares, Attorney at Leicester. One seal is attached.
