Samuel Chetham and Benjamin Trueman demand against Phineas Cheeke and Simon Michell certain land in the above parishes. They vouch to warranty James Winstanley and Mary his wife. They vouch to warranty Jacob Morland. The demandants crave leave to imparle. They have it. The demandants recover by default. Part of the seal is attached in a tin box.
