Scope and Contents
William Nutkins of Calbourne, Isle of Wight, son of Thomas Nutkins of Campton, son of William Nutkins of Campton sells to the Reverend Thomas Wilkinson of Campton certain land in Campton for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, that he may be in possession and able to take a release. Witnesses: Richard Clarke, attorney, Newport, Isle of Wight, Christopher Edward Lefroy, gentleman. One seal is attached.
