Lease [and release] indenture, Shefford, Bedfordshire
Scope and Contents
Charles Millward senior, of Silsoe, Bedfordshire sells to John Austin junior of Shefford certain land in Shefford for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, that John Austin may be able to accept a release of the land. Witnesses: Edward Francis, Thomas Nuttkings. On the back is a receipt for the consideration money signed by Charles Millward. Witnesses: the same. One seal is attached.
