William Cranfeild of Shefford grants to John Austin of Shefford and Anne his wife, daughter of William Cranfeild, certain premises in Shefford, except a certain buttery and a certain right of way reserved to William Cranfeild, for the term of their lives, after their death to their heirs, and failing such to the heirs of Anne Austin, failing such to the heirs of William Cranfeild. Witnesses: Ann Wiant, Thomas Cantrell.
