Scope and Contents
Court Baron held 17 March 1705 before the Stewards and Escheators of the Manor. Nathaniel Sapsford and Susanna his wife, Simon Wallis and Sarah his wife and Richard Lingard and Mary his wife recognise the right of Edmund Williamson to certain land in Writtle and release it to him and his heirs. Subscribed by Roger Woodcock and John Woodcock, Stewards of the Manor; William Boosey, Simon Burrell, Henry Magit, Reginald Branwood, John Crush and Francis Allin, Escheators of the Manor.
