Scope and Contents
Grace Shettleworth and Lydia Shettleworth, daughters of Robert Shettleworth, late of Great Baddow, Essex, acknowledge the receipt from Grace Shettleworth, executrix of Robert Shettleworth, of a certain sum bequeathed by his will; and they release to Grace Shettleworth and Robert Shettleworth their brother all suits and demands which they may claim upon certain lands charged by Robert Shettleworth their father with the payment of this sum. Witnesses: Francis Torrington, Robert Neale.
