Scope and Contents
Fred Randall's receipt for #4, received from William Bell as his agreed share of the expenses incident to a release dated 5 Aug 1845 of freehold property in Gloucester St (formerly Wray's Lane), Cambridge, part whereof belongs to Bell and another part to William Hunt esq of King's College, for discharging the said property from a legacy of #300 charged thereon by the will of John Kaye deceased. Holograph. Minor corrections.
