Scope and Contents
Elizabeth, wife of John Kempton, Elizabeth Kaye wife of Joseph Pointon, Mary Ann, wife of Epenetus Smith, Fanny, wife of Robert Kent Collings, and Rebecca, wife of Robert Richardson, certify that they have all freely consented to the terms of a six-part indenture dated 5 Aug 1845 (Doc 1913). Completed printed certificate, signed by Frederick Randall and Anthony Peed, two of the perpetual commissioners appointed for Cambridgeshire under the provisions of the Conveyancing Statute of 3 and 4 William IV, countersigned initialled, and stamped by Thomas Sherwood, clerk of the enrolment of certificates.
