Scope and Contents
In consideration of #600, Joseph Stuart of Cambridge, breeches-maker, assigns to William Woollard Creeke of Cambridge, tailor, the residue of separate short-term leases relating to properties in Post Office Yard, parish of All Saints, Cambridge. Stuart acquired these leases from William Jardine Purchas and John Hovell. 3 pages, signed and sealed by both parties, witnessed by John Finch of Cambridge, attorney, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same witness. Further endorsed: 'No 7'.
