Scope and Contents
In consideration of #100, Thomas Coe of Cambridge, whitesmith, assigns to William Swann of Cambridge, baker, the remainder of a lease for 1,000 years at peppercorn rent of a 'small' cottage tenement in Walls Lane, parish of the Holy Trinity, Cambridge. Signed and sealed by Coe, witnessed by John ?Bones and his clerk Charles Caesar, duty stamps (2 removed). Endorsed in blue crayon: 'Cambridge', and in pencil: '12'.
