In consideration of #310, William Jardine Purchas esq of Milton, Cambridgeshire, assigns the residue of two 37-year leases on properties in Post Office Yard, Cambridge, to Joseph Stuart of Cambridge, breeches-maker. Each lease has about 30 years to run. 3 pages, signed and sealed by Purchas, witnessed by John B ?Goufret and John Ingle, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same signatures. Further endorsed: 'No 4'.
