Scope and Contents

In consideration of #50, Thomas Kirbyshire of Cambridge, yeoman, assigns to Charles Jackson of Cambridge, yeoman, the remainder of a lease for 1,000 years at peppercorn rent of a cottage in Walls Lane, Holy Trinity parish, Cambridge. Mark and seal of Kirbyshire, witnessed by Robert Gee, notary public, and by Robert Gee (jnr), his son, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same date and signatures.
