In consideration of #120, Mary Anderson of Cambridge, widow, sole executrix and devizee under the will of her husband John Anderson of Cambridge, mealman, releases to William Tassell of Cambridge, merchant, her farm yard in the parish of St Botolph, Newnham, Cambridge. Lease: Doc 1880. Signed and sealed by Mary Anderson, witnessed by Joseph Bryant and Chs Martindale, duty stamp. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same signatures and date.
