In consideration of the sum of #55, William Weales of Cambridge, gent and alderman, assigns the remainder of a 1,000-year lease (at peppercorn rent) of a tenement in Walls Lane, parish of the Holy Trinity, Cambridge, to Thomas Kirbyshire of Cambridge, yeoman. Signed and sealed by Weales, witnessed by Ch Martindale and Richard Sulter, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same date and signatures.
