Scope and Contents
Recites fine given in Doc 1874 and an indenture dated 30 Oct 1765 declaring the uses of that fine with relation to a tenement and yard in Walls Lane, parish of the Holy Trinity, Cambridge, specifically, that the tenement be held to the use of John Bright of Histon, Cambridgeshire, yeoman, of Rebecca his wife, and of Zachariah Mart of Cambridge, gent. Now, in consideration of #15, the Brights release their share of the property to Mart. Lease: Doc 1872. Marks and seals of both Brights, witnessed by John Smith and C Martindale, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same witnesses.
