In consideration of 5s, John Bright of Histon, Cambridgeshire, yeoman, and Rebecca his wife, lease their moiety of a tenement in Walls Lane, Holy Trinity, Cambridge, late in the possession of James Bangle, deceased, for one year to Zachariah Mart of Cambridge, gent, at peppercorn rent, as first stage in process of lease and release.
