Deed poll dated 19 Feb 1703/4, signed and sealed by Andrew Pern, also endorsed, acknowledging that Pern is acting as a nominated trustee of John Pern esq of Cambridge and transferring the above mortgage to the latter, witnesses: Sarah Sewster and Thomas Suckesman.
