Scope and Contents
In consideration of #60, Austin Reynolds of Cambridge, baker, conveys to John Pern esq, of Cambridge, his two tenements in the parish of St Botolph, Newnham, currently occupied by Edward Morris. Lease (for six months at peppercorn rent) and release both signed and sealed by Reynolds, witnessed by John Jeffery and John Haslop, duty stamps. Release endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same date, same signatures.
