Scope and Contents
William Sampeford of Peldon, Essex, son of Robert Sampeford of Writtell, releases to Gregory Shettelworth of Writtell certain land in Writtell, which his uncle Thomas Sampeford had by bequest of his father Richard Sampeford, to him and his heirs for ever. Witnesses: Mathie Rudd, Mathew Bridgis, Robarte Brooke. One seal is attached.
