W G Ashton to unidentified recipient, conveying his brother's [Allpress Ashton's] wish that an enclosed bill of sale [not preserved] should be enforced against John Lee of Bluntisham and also enclosing an order to distrain (see Doc 1843, 1844, 1847). He has calculated the total sum now owed by Lee at #109 2s. Undated, written on the verso of an official part-printed notification to Ashton of a meeting of the Cambridge Improvement Acts Commissioners' Committee concerning the Public Health Bill, dated from Cambridge. The draft has been corrected by the author, and is accompanied by calculations of interest owed by Lee to his brother.
