Covenant to produce Deeds, Trumpington, Cambridgeshire
Scope and Contents
Recites in part a lease and release in the form an eight-part indenture dated 2 and 3 Jan 1838 which conveys the lordships of Trumpington Huntingdons and Crouchmans, and Tincots alias Teckingcotts, and the farm properties of the same name with lands awarded to the late Christopher Anstey by the enclosure commissioners under the Trumpington enclosure acts of 41 George III from Christopher John Anstey esq of Trumpington to Ebenezer Foster esq of Cambridge. Foster undertakes to produce in response to reasonable request three indentures (detailed in an appended schedule) which relate to properties outside this estate. Signed and sealed by Foster, witnessed by James Hodgson, duty stamp. Form of indenture supplied by H W Mills, Law Stationer of 2 Carey St, Lincoln's Inn.
