Inventory and appraisal of 'sundry articles of furniture the property of Mr Anstey at Trumpington Mansion House, valued to Mr [John] Hemmington', together with a letter from James ?Westen to Christopher Ansty, rector of Norton in Durham, Hemmington having taken a lease on the property, which belonged to Ansty. 3 sides, financial calculations on verso, damaged at folds, traces of seal and postal endorsement.
