Scope and Contents
He devises certain property in Biddenham, Bedfordshire to his son James Leader and his heirs forever; he bequeaths his personal property to William Seward and Simon Moyes, both of Chadwell, Essex, in trust to carry on or dispose of his business, the profits to be applied to the education of his son, James Leader, till he attains the age of twenty-one, when it is to be transferred to him. W. Seward and S. Moyes are appointed guardians of J. Leader. Witnesses: Abraham Sanell, Daniel Jackson, John Evans. Probate attached, dated 1 July 1780. Signed by Henry Stevens, George Gosling, John Grene, deputy registrars.
