Scope and Contents
Philip Cawthorne of Chatteris, farmer, agrees to purchase 6 acres of fenland and premises in Sutton Long North Fen for #300 from William Custance of Sutton, farmer. Both sides undertake to see that the conveyance proceeds smoothly, Cawthorne has already paid Custance #50 and agrees to pay the balance on 29 Sep 1811. 2 sides, signed by both parties and witnessed by [?Richard] Pigott, duty stamps.
