John Stocker Freaks of Chatteris, farmer, stands bound to John Warth of Manea, farmer, in #2,390 to perform fully and honestly, with Margaret his wife, a surrender of even date of a property in Hive End, manor of Chatteris Ramsey, to the use of Warth and his heirs. Signed and sealed by John Stocker Freaks, in the presence of Thomas Sewell, duty stamps.
