George Palmer of Chatteris, farmer, made conditional surrender of a property at Hive End with adjoining land in Burnsfield, manor of Chatteris Ramsey, on 23 May 1803, to the use of John Gardner esq of Chatteris, to secure payment of #160 plus interest.
