Abstract of George Palmer's title to a tenement in Hive End, manor of Chatteris Ramsey, summarising records of courts from 1721 to 1804. Named parties are: 1. Mary Skeele or Skeels (d c1766), co-heiress with her sisters Anna and Margaretta of Robert Skeels (d before 1721) 2. Martha Boys, widow (fl 1721) 3. Martha Palmer, widow (later remarried to Charles Pitts, d before 1803) 4. George Palmer, son of Martha Palmer 5. George Wheeler Palmer, Sarah his wife, and William Palmer, siblings of George Palmer (all fl 1803) 6. John Gardner esq (fl 1803)
