Giles Herolffe of Chelmsford, Essex and Thomas Ealde of Billericay grant to John Borell, senior, of Wretele, Agnes his wife, John Rochell son of Edward Rochell of Wretell, Thomas Sawhall son of Thomas Sawhall of Wretele and William Chalke son of William Chalke of the same certain land in Wretele which he had with others on the death of Juliana Herolffe, his wife from the grant of John Ruddok of London, son of Thomas Ruddok late of Wretele, to them and their heirs for ever. Witnesses: William Bedell, John Bedell, William Parker, Roger Yenge, William Chalke senior, John Criour, Thomas Bregger.Two seals are attached.
