Surrender by John Smith, before Isaac Strong, gent., steward, of messuage in Chatteris, adjoining lands of Simon Wilson and Richard Skeels ... to the use of Margaret Smith his daughter ... who is admitted tenant. As she is aged nine years her father is admitted as guardian.
