License of alienation, Great Shelford, Cambridgeshire
Scope and Contents
Whereas the Master and Fellows of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, by Indenture 2 March 1813 let to Peter Grain of Great Shelford the site of the manor of Great Shelford for a term of twenty years, the lessee not to alienate without special licence from the lessors; the Master and Fellows now grant licence to alienate part of the land for the whole term to Jamers Nutter.
