Scope and Contents
General Court Baron before Christopher Pemberton, Steward. Whereas at a Court held 18 Nov. 1805 the death of John Seaman, late copyhold tenant, was present by homage and no one claimed admittance to his lands; at this court Elizabeth Seaman, daughter of John Seaman, by her attorney, prays admittance to the moiety of a moiety of certain premises in Linton, to the moiety of which John Seaman was admitted on the surrender of John Lemon of Linton and John Lemon his son 22 March 1790. Elizabeth Seaman was admitted. Subscribed by Christopher Pemberton, Steward.
