Scope and Contents
At View of Free Pledge with General Court Baron customary and Copyhold Court held at March before Isaac Strong, Deputy Steward, it is found by Homage that 1 Feb. 1777 Marriott Varnam of Chatteris surrendered certain land in Doddington, to which he was admitted 1758 on the death of his mother, to the use of Thomas Cole of Doddington. Thomas Cole was admitted. Subscribed by Isaac Strong.
