Two copies of a letter from the Superintendent, Navy Works, Ministry of Public Building and Works, Chatham, to the Astronomer Royal, 20 March 1963, regarding the control of lighting in the Castle Ballroom at Herstmonceux, and a letter from the Astronomer Royal to the Superintendent, 10 June 1963, with the Superintendent's reply, 17 July 1963, regarding Cash Office security at the Royal Greenwich Observatory.
