Proceedings of the Conference Internationale de l'Heure, 1913.

Colonial Office notifications to the Royal Observatory of changes in Standard Time adopted in the colonies and protectorates, with copies of various acts and ordinances amending the law in respect of time at home and in the colonies, including the Act of 1880 and the British Summer Time Act of 1916.
