Correspondence with several observatories, the Admiralty and the Physical Department regarding the repair, testing and standardisation of magnetic instruments and the issuing of certificates, 1935-1936; correspondence with the High Commission for India, 1934-1936, regarding the standardisation of magnets for the Colaba Observatory, India, and magnetic instruments for other Indian observatories, such as Alibag; and correspondence and reports relating to the comparison of Eskdalemuir and Abinger magnetometers, 1932-1935.
