Equatorial observations of comets and computation of parallax in R.A and N.P.D, with remarks on 'seeing': Comet Barnard, 1888-1889; Comet Davidson, 1889; Comet Brooks, 1889-1890; the conjunction of Mars and Saturn, 1889; Comet Wolf, 1891; and Comet Swift, 1892. Inside the front cover is a note from Christie to Mr Downing, 4 October 1890, on giving the magnifying power used in comet observations in communications to the Royal Astronomical Society and in the Greenwich Observatory.
