Scope and Contents
'Constants of Instruments', a collection of papers relating to the determination of the difference in longitude of Paris and Greenwich. The papers are subdivided into sections, which are not indexed. The topics include 'Constants of Instrument - Transit "B"', 'Determination of the value of 1 revolution of micrometer screw from observations of Polar Stars' and 'Determination of wire intervals of transits B and C'.
