Knobel on the grant for the reduction of photographs; Isaac Roberts on stellar photographs; Professor Tanchini on the cost of an object glass for the Sydney Observatory; General Tennant on reflecting telescopes and the distortion in refractors; H. Vogel asking for two reaseaux to be made and orders for reaseaux for the Melbourne Observatory; the United States Treasury on the cost of joining the astrographic chart effort; and miscellaneous correspondence with various astronomers on aspects of the photographic chart project.
