Correspondence with W. De La Rue, Captain Tupman, Mr Simmons and others on buildings and stores relating to the transit of Venus expeditions. The papers include ground plans of a transit hut; requisitions and invoices for military stores; a list of stores supplied to the 1874 transit of Venus expeditions; and general correspondence on buildings and stores.
