Aberration in right ascension, 1822-1826, with the computation of star corrections in right ascension; some corrections for 1830; 'How to find the Sun's longitude when the aberration of a star is at its negative maximum'; some examples by Zach's tables, with the same example worked by Gauss' method; right ascension of Polaris measured telescopically, with its 'nutation' given by Zach's tables and Gauss' method; position of Polaris in 1812, with notes on the corrections for deviations from the star's true position; and aberration in the right ascension of Polaris, sub-polar.
