Scope and Contents
Original transit observations, 24 June 1826 - 6 September 1829, with adjustments to the transit instrument; adjustments and repairs by William Hardy to the transit clock; meridian marks at Chingford and Blackwall; phenomena of the Jovian satellites (observed with the 46 inch achromatic telescope and 5 inch equatorial telescope); eclipse of the Moon, 28 November 1826; occultations of various stars observed with the 46 inch telescope; 'Experiments made to find if an error of collimation existed on the Transit Instrument'; and a meteor, 13 November 1828.
