Scope and Contents
Original transit observations, 12 September 1821 - 24 June 1826, with phenomena of the Jovian satellites; adjustments to the transit clock and transit instrument; replacement of broken micrometer wires; eclipses of the Moon, 5 February 1822, 2 August 1822 and 10 July 1824; 'Observed Capt. Hatiers' light apparently about the size of the wire to the west of the meridian mark'; the pivot of the transit instrument repaired by Edward Troughton; meridian marks at Chingford and Blackwall; occultation of Saturn by the Moon; and occultations of Uranus by the Moon.
