Scope and Contents
Calculations of the Sun's longitude from its observed right ascension, in comparison with Johann Mayer's tables or the 'Nautical Almanac', covering the period 28 August 1762 - 2 August 1776. The mean obliquity of the ecliptic is in tabular form, 1762-1776, and is continued forward to 1782 on the inside of the cover.
