Scope and Contents
There is no gaol delivery.
- 1r. John King, gentleman, brought a suit against Thomas Neale, gentleman, relating to a share or part of a messuage, an acre of land and nine acres of marshland with appurtenances in March. This is a common recovery.
- 1r. Final concord: Aungier Peacock, gentleman, plaintiff, and John Saukster and Susan, his wife, defendants, relating to a messuage, a barn or storehouse, a garden, an orchard, 16 acres of land, two acres of pasture, 14 acres of marshland, the right to foldage and a sheep-walk (with right of foldage) for 120 sheep with appurtenances in Chettisham in the parish of Ely.
- 1v. Final concord: Gotobed East, plaintiff, and Richard Lavender and Elizabeth, his wife, and Daniel Fowler and Sarah, his wife, defendants, relating to six acres of land, six acres of meadow and six acres of marshland with appurtenances in Sutton.
- 1v. Daniel Hall renounces his suit against Charles Westwood in an action of trespass on the case. Westwood acquitted.
- 1v. Godfrey Mahew renounces his suit against Henry Green in an action of trespass on the case. Green acquitted.
- 1v. Henry Smith of March in the parish of Doddington, husbandman, is summoned to answer Geoffrey Hawkins, cleric, in an action of debt of 104 pounds and 14 shillings which he borrowed on 31 Jan. 1721 at Whittlesey. Smith fined; to pay costs and damages.
- 1v.-2r. 1v.-2r. Daniel Buckingham complains against William Stevens of March, husbandman, in an action of trespass on the case relating to a promissory note covering the period 1 May 1704 to 24 Jan. 1720 at Upwell. Stevens fined; to pay costs and damages.
- 3r. John Adams brought a suit against Thomas Neale, gentleman, relating to a share or part of a messuage, an acre of land and nine acres of marshland with appurtenances in March. This is a common recovery.
